Terms and Conditions

01.

Product descriptions and photos

Every effort is put into making sure that the colours, textures and descriptions provided here are as accurate as possible. However, due to the organic processes and materials, there will be some differences between items. The scars, differences in colour and texture are what make your item unique.

Dimensions supplied are approximate.

02.

Ordering

Unless otherwise stated, your piece will be made to order. Lead times given are approximate and can be altered. Items are dealt with on a first come, first served basis.

You have the right to cancel an order up to the point where I start to make the goods. If you do change your mind, I will refund you, minus any costs incurred up to this point. This may include banking charges and materials purchased. In the rare circumstance that your product is not available, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action: either substitution with part refund, extra payment as required, or a full refund.

03.

Payment

Payment is taken in the form of a bank transfer or by PayPal / credit card. On receipt of an invoice, you have 14 days in which to make payment.

RBL is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the cost of your items.

04.

Delivery

Please see the FAQ page for details of the services I use.

I am not responsible for filing any claims that a parcel has not arrived: this is the buyer's responsibility.

05.

Returns and Exchanges

I am confident that you will love your purchase from Red Bike Leatherworks, but offer a full money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. The only exception to this is initialled goods, unless faulty.

If you have any problems at all, let me know as soon as possible. An exchange or refund will occur if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Keep the item in its original packaging and send to the Return address.

Refunds for the cost of the item, minus shipping costs, will be credited to the original payment method.

Very occasionally, a fault in an item will occur. Take a photo of the issue and send to me at jess@redbikeleatherworks.co.uk to begin the refund process.

It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned.

If an item is judged to have been damaged due to improper use or where reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, I may claim for damages and breech of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.
