Sometimes, a little TLC will be needed: a stitch might be rubbed away; a strap might become stiff and crack; or a bag might just benefit from some conditioning. RBL pieces have free repairs for life - simply drop them round to me or pop them in the post and they will be returned after I've worked on them.
