Every effort is put into making sure that the colours, textures and descriptions provided are as accurate as possible. However, due to the natural processes and materials involved, there will be some differences between items. The scars, differences in colour and texture are what make your product unique and should be cherished!
Please read the product descriptions carefully when making your choice. Dimensions supplied are approximate.
All items, unless otherwise stated, are made to order. You will be informed of the lead time when you receive a quote: this is a guide and we reserve the right to alter these without notice. Items are placed in a queue and dealt with on a first come, first served manner. Where a product is personalised, payment is required prior to the production of the item. Once complete it will be posted via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within 3 working days. International delivery is not currently possible, although the customer is welcome to arrange their own courier.
You have the right to cancel your order up to the point we start to make the goods. If you do change your mind, we will refund you, minus any costs incurred up to this point. This may include banking charges and any materials purchased to make your item. In the rare circumstance that the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action: either substitution with part refund, extra payment as required, or a full refund.
Payment is taken in the form of a bank transfer. Our bank details will be communicated to you along with the amount owed in the form of an invoice, either by post or email. You have 14 days to make payment on receipt of invoice. When payment is received, we will begin to make your item.
Red Bike Leatherworks is not a VAT registered company, so VAT will not be added to the price of your products.

We are not responsible for filing any claims that a parcel has not arrived: this is the buyer’s responsibility.
I am confident that you will be thrilled with your purchase from Red Bike Leatherworks, but if something is not quite right, please read the information below to rectify the situation.
I offer a full refund for items returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. If you have changed your mind, send an email within 10 days of delivery to email@example.com stating that you are returning the item. Any items returned must be unworn and in a saleable condition: any items not returned in a new condition will not be refunded. Keep the item in its original packaging, making sure it can’t be damaged in transit, and send it back via a tracked service, to the address we will provide. The customer will pay the cost of returning the item to us. Refunds will be for the cost of the item excluding shipping costs and will be credited to the original payment method.
If the item is faulty, send an email to the above address within a reasonable timeframe, including a photo of the fault. In most cases a full refund or exchange will be offered. If there is a problem, the item must be returned to Red Bike Leatherworks within 14 days of being flagged. The cost of postage both to and from the customer will be refunded in cases of faulty items.
It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned. We recommend using an insured method of postage for returns as loss or damage of the goods while in transit may mean that we are unable to offer a full refund. The goods must be securely wrapped, preferably in the original packaging.
If an item is judged to have been damaged due to improper use or where reasonable care has not been taken by the customer, Red Bike Leatherworks may claim against the customer for damages and breach of statutory duty. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
Leather goods that have been personalised cannot be returned unless faulty as cannot be resold.
All site content and designs are the property of Jessica Laird and Red Bike Leatherworks. Images shown on Red Bike Leatherworks website or on social media may be shared, so long as full URLs linking to this site are used and credit is provided to Red Bike Leatherworks.
If you purchase something from Red Bike Leatherworks, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email. When you browse the website, we also automatically receive your computer's IP address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about you. With your permission, we may send you emails about Red Bike Leatherworks new products and services we think you may be interested in and other updates. You can unsubscribe from this service as you wish: simply press the ‘unsubscribe’ button on an email, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To complete a transaction, you provide us with personal information. From this, we imply that you consent to our collecting and using it to complete the transaction only.
Disclosure of your personal details would only occur if we were required to do so by law, or if these Terms and Conditions are violated. We will sometimes use third party services (e.g. MailChimp) to store and process your data. This will only be with services that are reputable and secure.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any sites that we link to from our website and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. We follow industry best practices to make sure it is not lost, misused, accessed, changed or destroyed.
